While parts of this historic castle are finishing up construction, we are working diligently to accommodate everyone. Despite our persistent efforts, there may still be changes to some availability, etc. We will inform you promptly by mail (with at least 10 days’ notice prior to the event). **Ticket orders are valid for 7 days, whereupon if payment is not received, the order will be made available for purchase again.

Logistic event information

All tickets cover all-inclusive food and beverages (brunch, lunch, BBQ, and dinner).

Camping

You will receive access to the campsite with your valid festival ticket. Please pitch tents in designated areas only. Note: glass bottles and containers are prohibited.

Leave No Trace: neither the trees nor the lake like cigarettes or plastic. Please respect the environment by placing trash and cigarette butts in the proper receptacles, or take it with you. Reduce, Reuse, Recycle!

Food & Drinks

Our flavorful food menu will consist of healthy regional specials, including different types of greens and BBQ food items.

  • A diverse array of drinks will leave everyone satisfied at our numerous bars. There will be access to covered areas, water stations, bathrooms and showers. No ATM available.

Wristbands / Lanyards

Upon entry, your valid ticket will be exchanged for a wristband. The wristband is non-transferrable, and random ribbon checks will be carried out on-site during the event. If your wristband is damaged, please contact the info point. Lost wristbands will not be replaced and attendees without valid wristbands will be required to leave the premises.

Fire Ban & Safety

Open fires and grilling are strictly prohibited, as our campsites are located in foresty areas and with the dry summer heat, there is a high likelihood of causing a forest fire.

Kiosk

Did you forget your toothbrush or could you use chewing gum? Whether it is cigarettes, condoms, sweets and treats, toothpaste, or other common items you need, the kiosk is your go-to shop to find all of the bells and whistles your heart desires.

Leave no trace

In order to respect the event space and leave everything (including nature) as we found it:

  • Please do not bring any single use plastic items to this event or the campsite
  • Please leave confetti at home (it is not biodegradable and literally impossible to clean up!)
  • Please place cigarette butts in designated trash receptacles or personal ashtrays
  • Please bring your own pocket ashtray and do not throw cigarettes on the floor (they cause forest fires!)

FIRST AID

A first-aid station will be on site with available paramedics to look after festival go-ers. Please do not hesitate to reach out to them if help is needed.

WATER

Water bottles can be refilled at the water station located in the bathroom area at all hours. Don’t forget to stay hydrated!

VALUABLES

Please only bring what you can afford to lose. Do not leave valuables in your tent or room unattended.

AWARENESS & BOUNDARIES

Any verbal, physical, psychological, racist, abusive behavior or violence will absolutely not be tolerated and will result in immediate ticket withdrawal. Photos, professional or otherwise, and filming are prohibited. Nobody wants to be photographed without their knowledge. Please also be considerate of other individuals’ shelters.
